Fix "make check" error on Mac OS X.
* tests/Makefile.in (POSTPROCESS_FOR_MINGW): Run 'sed' in the C locale.
This fixes an error "sed: RE error: illegal byte sequence" on Mac OS X
when producing languages.out.
