* aclocal.m4 (CL_PROG_INSTALL): Remove macro.
* doc/configure.ac: Invoke AC_PROG_INSTALL instead of CL_PROG_INSTALL.
* lib/configure.ac: Likewise.
* src/configure.ac: Likewise.
